Towards the Acquisition of Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency (CALP) in Mathematics Using the Cognitive Academic Language Learning Approach (CALLA): An Action Research

General Objective:

This study aimed to determine the applicability of Cognitive Academic Language Learning Approach (CALLA) towards the acquisition of Cognitive Academic Language Proficiency (CALP) in Mathematics.

Specific Objective:

This study determined the language performance, mathematics performance, academic language use and learning strategy use of the research participants before and after using CALLA.
