Profile of PNU college freshmen, School year 2007-2008

Having provided the PNU community with initial profiles of incoming college first year students since School Year 1986-1987 (Hermosisima, 2005), the Center for Research and Development in Education continues its job towards this endeavor. As has been articulated by the researchers who had done the profiling in the past years, it is the main objective of this undertaking to provide a description of the new batch of “students who are presumed to have plans to enter the teaching profession” (Mancao, 2006).
