Evaluation of the English BASICS Program of Xavier Grade School

_{This seminar paper is primarily aimed at looking into the English BASICS (Basic Instruction skills in the core Subjects) of Xavier School to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the program, and steps to take to improve the program in the future. The program is evaluated in terms of its objectives, strategies, materials approach and assessment. Necessary recommendations are made to further improve the program and thereby address the needs of the students with reading difficulties. It also sought to find out whether the students benefitted from the program, whether the parents of the English BASICS students were satisfied with the program, and whether the English BASICS teachers and administrators see how adequate or inadequate the program implementation was.}
