A Narrative Evaluation of the Senior High School Program Early Implementation (2012-2015) in Asia Pacific College: A Basis for Lifelong Career Opportunities

_{The main purpose of the study is to determine if Senior High School Program can produce employable high school graduates. The study was conducted at Asia Pacific College. The study utilized descriptive data taken from the pilot students of the program, its administrators and the partner internship companies of Asia Pacific College Senior High School Program. Validated questionnaires were administered to the students and interviews were conducted to the administrators. The industry feedback was based on the performance of the students on their internship. Descriptive statistics and triangulation were used in the analysis. Majority of the data were gathered and presented in narrative form.  Results showed that the integration of work immersion such as internship helps meet the standard of the industry and thus lead students to more work opportunities. The participation of work industry in the learning experiences of students is vital in preparing them for work after graduating from Senior High School. The Service Management Program which was integrated in the curriculum of Senior High School in APC produced graduates who are ready to do jobs in the field of business and outsourcing process in IT-BPM industry. Students, program administrators and industry partners have agreed that the alignment of learning competencies to the standard of work industry is relevant in producing qualified graduates. Senior High School could serve as the training ground for high school students who would opt for work after two years. It prepares graduates with the necessary skills such as those required in IT-BPO companies.}
