Number Sense, Problem Solving Skills and Multiple Intelligences Among High School Students
Synopsis
The main purpose of this study was to describe students' number sense, problem solving skills and multiple intelligences and to determine whether mathematics attributes are related to each other. Three research instruments were utilized to describe these variables namely: Number Sense Test adapted from McIntosh, Reys and Reys (1997), Problem Solving Skills Test adapted from Usiskin and Shenk (1982), TIMSS, IEA (1995-2011), Ohio Mathematics Achievement Test (2011) and Krulik and Rudnick (1989), lastly, MI Inventory Test adapted from Chislett and Chapman (2005-2006).
