The world of work is continuously becoming competitive and it is important for graduates to have the appropriate skills and behaviour as they enter the workplace so that they will not only survive but also grow in their career. Besides, employers now a day are more interested in graduates or job seekers who know more than specific knowledge in their vocation but also creative and critical thinking, interpersonal and have leadership skills. All these set of skills and behaviour pertain to work readiness, which is now used by the employers as basis of hiring graduates.
