Towards the Development of a Strategic Plan to Enhance the Leadership Skills and Supervisory Functions of Principals in a Congregation School

This study examined the level of leadership skills and supervisory functions of the RVM school principals in the Visayas Region, the results of which could serve as inputs to the development of a strategic plan for enhancement purposes. Using the descriptive method of research, this study employed descriptive correlation techniques to answer specific problems. Respondents to this study consisted of nine (9) principals in nine (9) selected RVM schools in the Visayas Region, and ninety (90) academic / subject coordinators and teachers of these schools.
