Antecedents of Teacher Empowerment in a Public Secondary School

This study attempted to identify and describe the antecedents of teacher empowerment in a public secondary school in Makati City for academic year 2012- 2013. Moreover, the main objective of this work is to describe the level of empowerment of the faculty members based on individual and institutional dimensions. The study utilized the descriptive method of research. The respondents were 90 faculty members and 10 subject area coordinators. The data gathered through the use of validated questionnaire of Roman (2001).
