Assessment of Teachers' Development Program: Input to an Enhancement Program

This study attempted to assess the faculty development program of San Isidro National High School as input to an enhancement program. The descriptive research design was used in this study where the Teachers Development Program Survey was utilized as research instruments in gathering data. The Teachers Development Program (TDP) was assessed in terms of goals and objectives, content, resources, and evaluation. The content of the TDP was assessed in terms of personal development, professional development, socio-cultural development, instructional development, and organizational development.
