A Needs-Based Guidance and Counseling Program for Grade Seven Students of Woodridge College School Year 2013-2014

The main purpose of the study was to propose a new and enhanced guidance and counseling program based on the identified needs of the incoming grade seven students of Woodridge College for school year 2013-2014. Specifically, the study aimed to: (1) identify the specific needs of the incoming grade seven students of Woodridge College as perceived by the students themselves, the administrators, teachers, and parents; and (2) propose a guidance and counseling program for school year 2013-2014 based on the assessed needs of the incoming grade seven students of Woodridge College.
