Synopsis

The main objective of this study is to evaluate the curriculum alignment and students’ learning experience of a mathematics course under Outcomes –Based Teaching and Learning (OBTL). There were 76 respondents in this study. Alearning plan for Math 015: Mathematics of Investment was developed and implementedto two sections. The learning activities and assessment tasks were evaluated through self –constructed evaluation tools. A survey form was used to identify the students’ perception of the whole learning experience underOutcomes –Based Teaching and Learning.To support the students’ perception of their learning experience, an examination was used to assess the learning of the students.
