Assessment of Alternative Learning System Program and Performance of Graduates in the World of Work: Basis for an Enhancement Mechanism

This study was undertaken to assess the Alternative Learning System (ALS) program and the performance of the graduates in the world of work in theDivision of City Schools, Quezon City, in order to further strengthen the deliveryof ALS services among its target beneficiaries. It employed the descriptivedevelopment research design in order to investigate the existing and prevailing status of the ALS Accreditation and Equivalency (A & E), and the quality of its learners, and to develop an enhancement mechanism.
