Instructional Management Model for Inclusive Education Program in Special Education

This study aimed at designing an instructional management model for inclusive  education  programme in special education and developing an inclusive education training program for instructional leader. It determined the status of inclusive education in terms ofprofile of school leaders, objectives of inclusive education program, program orientation,program planning, program implementation and program monitoring; instructionalmanagement practices and identified the problems encountered by implementers of theinclusive education program in the public schools at the National Capital Region.
