The Status of the Community Based-Rehabilitation (CBR) Program of Barangay Commonwealth: Basis for Improving the Quality of Life of Students with Visual Impairment

This study aimed to determine the status of the Community-Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Program of Barangay Commonwealth as a basis for improving the quality of life of students with visual impairment during the school year 2013-2014. The researcher made use of descriptive method of research to determine the respondents profile, the extent of objectives, orientation phase, planning phase, implementation phase, and monitoring phase.
