Development and Validation of Supplementary Reading Materials for Grade Three Pupils

The main objective of the study was to provide supplementary materials for Grade Three designed to improve their reading skills. Specifically, it aimed to attain the following:
1. Identify the reading comprehension competencies in Grade III English where teachers need to be provided with supplementary materials
2. Develop supplementary materials which can be utilized for the improvement of pupil's reading performance
3. Evaluate and validate the developed supplementary materials
