A 21st Century Skills Strategic Development Program for the Human Resource of Mondriaan Aura College, Subic Bay Freeport Zone

This study was conducted to design a 21st century skills strategic development program for the human resource of Mondriaan Aura College, Subic Bay Freeport Zone. It was conducted during the academic year 2014-2015. This study employed the Quantitative and Descriptive Developmental Designs. Data were gathered through survey questionnaires, interview, consultative meetings and round table discussions. There were 44 participants in the study composed of 17 teaching and 27 non-teaching personnel employed in a full-time status in Mondriaan Aura College.
