Information Literacy Program for Lifelong Learning in Higher Education

The main objective of the research is the development of an Information Literacy Program for lifelong learning. Specifically, it aims to determine the information literacy skills of tertiary students and school administrators from various universities. It defines the management competencies of the school administrators in terms of planning, organizing, controlling, and leading. It probed into how the students and the school managers find, evaluate, and use information wisely and effectively. The study also identified the different information literacy skills that need to be improved and the information literacy program suited for the students.
