Teacher Leavers: A Phenomenological Study

This phenomenological study aimed to explore the lived experiences of the teacher leavers from selected Catholic schools in Bulacan and to probe on the reasons that prompted them to leave. The study made use of the semi-structured in-depth interview and followed the Collaizzi's method in the analysis and interpretation of the data through which emergent themes on the reasons teachers leave were obtained.
