Effectiveness of Gamification on Learner’s Performance and Attitude towards Mathematics Amidst the COVID-19 Pandemic by Joann Mae A. Antonio & Victoria E. Tamban
Synopsis
This video presents a study aimed to determine its effectiveness of gamification on learner’s performance amidst the covid-19 pandemic. The researchers used a quasi-experimental design utilizing digital gamified learning materials and other gamified tasks. Results indicate that the level of performance and attitude towards Mathematics between the two groups had no significant difference. However, the pretest and posttest mean scores differ significantly in favor of the experimental group.
