Happiness in The Experiences of Young Filipino People: Basis for Workbook Development

The present study aims to explore how young Filipino people view happiness, its sources and the practices they usually do to make them feel happy. Twenty (20) Filipino college students who were selected through purposive sampling were interviewed by the researcher using a semi-structured interview guide.
