Management Guidelines to Enhance Total Quality Assurance among the Selected Components of the School of Tomorrow Approach

A descriptive survey research method was used to appraise the effectiveness of School of Tomorrow (SOT) Approach employed in selected components which included the following: Curriculum, Competency of Supervisors and Monitors, Instructional Methodology, Utilization of Instructional Materials and Students’ Academic Performance among Christian schools that implement SOT System of Learning. Results of the appraisal served as a bases in coming up with Management Guidance that could enhance total quality assurance of the components under study.
